KRUPENICHKA
was filled with grain and cereals, implying a conspiracy: buckwheat - for satiety and wealth, rice - for a holiday, pearl barley - for satiety, oats - for strength. Sometimes a coin was put at the bottom of the doll. Krupenichka was the main doll in the family. The first handfuls when sowing grain were taken from a bag sewn in the shape of this chrysalis. After the harvesting harvest, the doll was again filled with selected grain of a new crop, it was dressed up and carefully stored in a conspicuous place in the red corner, they believed that only then would the next year be full and there would be plenty in the family.
Each of my dolls has its own unique clothes and style.

Her task was not easy - the Vepsian doll was responsible for a successful marriage, happiness and well-being of the family.
According to tradition, this doll was made before marriage. When it was time to look for a groom, young craftswomen made a doll, and then put it on the window. This was a signal that the girl was ready for matchmaking. At the same time, the Vepsian doll served as a kind of love amulet, helping to find the very betrothed.
When the matchmaking took place and family life finally began, the doll was moved to the cradle. She guarded not only the firstborn, but also all the children of the couple. Protecting the baby from the unkind words of envious people, illnesses, the dash filled the house with comfort and happiness.
SUN HORSE
The horse has long been associated with masculinity, strength, nobility. A horse is an assistant, friend and protector. Such a charms can be presented to a man who is close to you, such as a husband, brother, father, son, or friend.
"SEVERNAYA BEREGINYA" (NORTH GUARDIAN)
One of these doll-amulets for the house is the "Severnaya Bereginya" (North Guardian). She was made from small rags of fabric, bright colors, from worn clothes that absorbed the energy of the owner. It was believed that it would bring prosperity to the house and keep it peaceful. She was placed in the northern corner of the hut. The layering of this doll indicated many human bodies, many worlds, many incarnations of the soul. The doll is distributed in the northern Prikamye, a region near the Kama river in the west of the Ural Mountains. The doll protected the people of the north from evil spirits, with which the northern land was full, since it was believed that all evil was in the northern latitudes and it was very difficult for people there to defend themselves from evil spirits. It was believed that the brighter the shreds of fabric, the stronger the doll and its magical power.
THE GOAT
is a symbol of vitality, fertility, joy and fun. An indispensable and main participant in the holy ritual acts from house to house with carols, songs and dances. Usually the Goat was portrayed by a young man dressed up in a sheepskin coat turned inside out, smeared with soot, in a hat with horns, he was mounted on an arc and carried around, having fun with all his heart.
But there was a Goat doll endowed with the same functions as the young man. It consisted of a cross on which a beard and horns of hay or straw were attached. They dressed the Goat in a bright dress, a fur coat, and tied musical instruments to it - pipes, bells, bells; decorated them with beads, earrings, red bags with grain, brooms of prosperity, and horseshoes for happiness.
